What do you think of when you hear the term ‘Coffee Snob’? If you don’t know what a coffee snob is, then you probably think the definition of coffee snob is something negative. In reality, being a coffee snob means
that you are properly educated on the finer points of coffee; the different roasts, varietals, and brewing methods that impact the final product. To outsiders, you appear to be a snob, but only because you cannot compromise your coffee morals by subjecting yourself to pre-ground, stale, burnt, or otherwise subpar coffee. You cringe when you hear the word “eXpresso”, laugh when hear someone order a “triple-triple”, and cry when you see a ‘macchiato’ made with a gallon of caramel syrup!
Being a coffee snob is not about being a ‘snob’ at all, it’s about being educated, passionate, and informed about our beloved bean. So don’t be ashamed to be a Cofee Snob, because that’s what I am, and I’m proud of it! I am CoffeeNate and a coffee snob!
I have awesome news about this month’s FREE coffee contest! This month, my friend Johnny aka @BaristaOnDutY aka BODY Coffee is giving away some of his artisan pan roasted beans to 3 lucky CoffeeNate viewers!
So, with even better odds it’s even more reason to get entered early and often! I will be drawing and announcing a winner on April 1st, and it won’t be an April Fools joke.

How do you like the new video format? I’m going with all videos being 5 minutes or less! It’s important to me to get you some great information, but I want to give it quickly. Please excuse the sounds of my little dudes running around during the filming. I can’t keep them locked in the closet forever I suppose 😉 (that was a joke) Thanks for stopping by, and please help me pay the bills by visiting my sponsors. Take care!
